The staff is lovely friendly and kind. They go out of their way to make sure you are comfortable and well taken care of. The property is beautifully maintained, and the little extras like evening snacks at turn down service is really appreciated. Friendly, geniune, and a beautiful property that's centrally located. It was perfect for more extended stay. Thank you again.

We loved our three night stay at Memoria Porto. The staff treated us like royalty and our room overlooked the Douro River. One tip, we can offer is to take the # 500 bus to the coast and pay a lot less for authentic Portugese food, wine, and beer. We will definitely be back. The morning breakfast was filling and delightful.

Hotel Jaguar was a nice new property. The staff was great! Extremely helpful and informative. They offer a city tour which was a really nice touch and a hotel shuttle included in your stay. Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful property in a very walkable part of Porto. The breakfast was AMAZING and the staff were so friendly. We did a mother daughter trip and loved being able to sit on the balcony off our room or at the rooftop bar and enjoy some wine and the sunset in the evening.

A great relaxing hotel with all the needed services. The spa is relatively small (not for Europe) and provide very good services professionally delivered. The breakfast is very good and excellent service. The rooms are very comfortable and beautifully designed, however, be aware of lack of privacy if traveling with friends or family members, the shower is all glass and visible from all angles of the room, the toilet a bit better but not totally private either. Staff was superb! The most professional and accommodating staff offering champagne or cappuccino upon arrival. Helped with bags and made dinner reservations for us as well as gave great recommendations. We got a great price and was not expecting this kind of service. The best service we had in all of the European hotels we've stayed in this far.

This was one of the nicest, spacious and comfortable hotels I’ve stayed at in all of Europe. The room was lovely. The shower was excellent. The entire hotel was extremely clean. The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. They served a free delicious, healthy, fresh breakfast every morning. Unfortunately, on our last day, our flight was too early for breakfast so they made up a to go box for us which included bottles of water and bottles of juice. I highly recommend this boutique hotel...

This was a great location for launching our first trip to Porto. The apartment was just as appeared in the picture. The staff was very helpful in recommending a great restaurant as well. I would recommend these apartments.

The staff was exceptionally nice, perfect location. Everything in Porto was a 10-15 minute walk. Quiet at night in our room. The shower has amazing water pressure. Will be back when in Porto.

Brand new hotel, we really liked it. Staff was helpful and accommodating, good location - a few minutes walk to the center of town and the historic area, a block or two further than the NH collection hotel. Nice breakfast which was a nice way to start the morning with a selection of both hot and cold dishes and coffee. We would definitely recommend staying at the NH porto jardim.
