Very well located , everything was great as advertised. The host is very responsive and gives great directions as it’s self check in . It can get tricky if you need their parking space since it has a gate , you need to retrieve the key from the apartment 1st then park . There is a back door that connects the parking to the building so you don’t need to walk around the building to enter the property by the front door .

This place was a real find! It's a small boutique hotel that has been renovated and tastefully decorated in a modern style. Our room was sizable with a wonderful rain shower and comfy bed. The staff was very friendly and helpful and added to the pleasure of our stay. The hotel is located across the street from the water so if you sit by the pool or across the street under a covered patio, you will have a beautiful view of the sea. Since the place is located a bit out of town, it is...

Amazing staff. Nichole went above and beyond to help us with everything we requested.

This place was great. Clean inside, staff was wonderful. Great parking and bar area. We did not use the restaurant except for breakfast which was very good.

The place was clean and well-maintained. The location is great, with the beach just 5 minutes away on foot, and many restaurants within a 10-15 minute walk.

Absolutely perfect! The BEST host in all of Croatia, helpful, friendly, accommodating! Clean, comfortable apartment within walking distance to restaurants, boardwalk, & beach. It has been our favorite stay in Croatia! Highly recommend!!! We will be back!

Very nice and large apartment in the heart of old town.

Absolute gem. The owner went out of her way to help and make sure all our needs were taken care of. Apartment was clean, spacious and inviting. Bed was incredibly comfortable as well

We made the right decision to take our first trip to Croatia, the right decision to visit Istria, the right decision to stay in Rovinj & absolutely hit the bullseye with Residence Vaal. This is an absolute gem of a property & Denis, Aleksandra and their team, particularly Laura & Aleksandar, could not have done more to make our trip a thoroughly enjoyable one, & to ensure that we want to hurry back. Residence Vaal is extremely comfortable, well equipped and almost surgically clean. The...

Clean room. Very friendly and helpful staff. Wonderful breakfast. Close to the sea.

A very clean spacious room, very friendly staff. Parking and easy for visiting the city

Room had their bed but still spacious, huge lockers right next to bed and dark curtains made it feel private. Nice kitchen and great location
