Beautiful hotel. In the heart of Interlaken. Close to the train station + short driving distance to the Falls. Looked like a great spa but we couldn’t use it because of Covid. - you need a Swiss Covid QR to enter Spas + restaurants. Otherwise a beautiful experience.

Everything is great. Rooms are spacious, staff is very friendly. The only thing they can improve is have a slightly bigger size of blankets / comforters. Overall very satisfied with our stay in the property.

I am a manual wheelchair user and found this property to be very accessible. It's a bit strange but the hotel is also a care facility for elderly / disabled people so lots of power wheelchairs, manual wheelchairs, and walkers being used. All the hallways have grab bars like a hospital. I was not able to book one of accessible rooms shown in the photos but my room still had tile floor, grab bars, and a roll in shower so it was very accessible. The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The staff were excellent and we had a lovely stay. Right by all the local transport and food options. I would highly recommend this to anyone.

I really lovely, relaxing weekend. We ordered room service as the restaurant was fully booked, but what a great choice as we enjoyed an amazing view from our balcony. The room was wonderful, very clean and in pristine condition with a good mix of Victorian and modern. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

This cozy little hotel in a well-maintained home-like building in the center of Interlaken is adjacent to City Hall (a historic former residence) and only a few mins walk from the train station and shopping/dining. It has a distinct bed and b'fast feel with only about 20 guest rooms and the first floor is decorated with antiques. The staff and service was perfect and the b'fast was great. Would definitely stay again!

We were greeted by the Hotel manager Beat at the front desk, very friendly and helpful about our activities. He gave us tips and recommendations. The room was very clean, organized and the bed was very comfortable. Our room location had a nice view, you can see paragliders. Everything is close by, restaurants and shops. Was close to train station, park, stores. The lobby carpet could use a cleaning, otherwise everything was great. Friendly, helpful staff. Amazing views from our room balcony! Highly recommend!
