Location is very convenient and the host is very easy to contact/ communicate with. But if I could suggest something it would be nice if there’s a kitchen towel and hand towel to use in the unit.The only issue that we had was the elevator service ( there was only two elevators that is functioning for our two week stay, which is very problematic for such a big/ tall building and there’s no rump if you’re carrying a big bag, other than that I would say it was a nice experience.

It was a wonderful experience. The house is clean and everything we need is provided. It was very relaxing. The owner is easy to reach (through email). Check in and check out were easy. With its location, everything is accessible. If ever we are in the country and in BGC, I would choose to stay here again.

One of the best, or possibly the best property I have stayed at. Very comfortable, and clean. The host thinks of everything, providing clear instructions, and even local intel. Very professional, but friendly. Service is excellent, the host has personal on site to assist if needed. I will definitely try to stay here again when I am in Manila.
