Last-minute hotel deals in Thomasville

It was our first time staying in Thomasville for a wedding in the city. It was nearby the venue and one of the best hotels in the city compared to some of the others I saw. Very quiet and clean. Our room was updated with hardwood floors and new furniture. The staff up front was always friendly. I would definitely stay here again.

Hotel is easy to find. Checking in was fast and simple. Rooms were clean, staff was helpful. Everything worked we had no problems. Would definitely stay there again.

The shower smelled a little weird for some reason, but it looked very clean. Everything else was super clean as well. Spacious rooms in the hotel itself is so pretty. Not a lot of amenities, and breakfast was basic but good. Overall, would stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay all the amenities were great. The staff was very accommodating. Hannah was amazing! My kids enjoyed our staycation with friends.

We (3 of us/two rooms) chose this hotel based on price & Location since we were only staying one night. Good choice. Hotel was very easy to locate and we were very pleased with everything. Went down early for breakfast at 6:30am and again were very pleased with the selection of bacon (crispy, which is hard to find on any buffet); eggs, biscuits & sausage gravy; pancakes & waffles; variety of fruits, juices, & pastries, etc. We were visiting relatives in High Point & this was only about 10...

Didn’t realize when I booked but the location had a complementary wine tasting. Everyone who went to it was sooo personable. Normally not my scene, but everyone was so welcoming. Great breakfast spread too. The area is very walkable. I took a nearby path and ended up at Salem College very close by. It is America’s oldest women’s college dating back to colonial times. Many of the buildings look that old, but are very well kept. Just a beautiful experience all around. Clean rooms too!

Had an excellent stay and experience! Everything was awesome from check-in to check out. Nice property, excellent breakfast, room was better than expected and staff was friendly and helpful!

I use to live in Greensboro for many many years and always thought this looked like a fun place to stay. I have eaten at the green valley grill but had never had the pleasure of staying at the o’Henry. I was in town for a night decided to stay here. The hotel is gorgeous. The room is spacious! It is very elegant and classy..reminiscent of “old money”. I would stay again if ever given the opportunity

We stayed at the "sister property" (the O'Henry) several times but had not stayed at the Proximity. We tried but COVID or one thing or another led to not making our trip. We had met the original owners and then knew about their transfer to the employees. What a terrific thing for an employer to do and what a great deal for the employees. Such a nice hotel with a friendly staff! Everything was so clean and we rested so well! We will stay again when we come back to Greensboro!

Great hotel! All brand new, with shops and restaurants close by. This will be our destination anytime we are in the area!
