The customer service was so great! The lady who works the front desk overnight was so sweet and such a great help! I forgot to get her name, but she was there overnight every day we were there, and she was amazing! The lady that worked in the breakfast area was also so great! This hotel was perfect. Very clean and quiet. Beds were very comfortable and the A/C unit was not very loud. Breakfast was easy to access and extremely delicious. The elevator worked very well and when you pushed the button it did not delay closing it's doors. Great amenities including a luxurious pool. Free fast Wi-Fi and very easy parking. Lovely place!!! Enjoyed our stay!!

Very clean and well appointed! The beds are comfy and the shower had plenty of hot water and good water pressure. We didn’t use the hot tubs/sauna or cold plunge but they looked nice! Close to Bellaire and Mammoth (which is my fav as I don’t drink beer or cider so Short’s really isn’t the appeal to me for drinks). There’s other places too. All within walking distance. They asked that we put trash outside, pile towels on floor (which I do anyway) but I shouldn’t have to worry about trash at all...

We loved our stay here. The innkeepers were super nice and helpful, and the room was not only immaculate but beautiful! We highly recommend staying here!

NBOC was a very quiet, rustic get-away. The beds were comfy. The breakfast was delicious. So many antiques and history, it was impossible to take it all in!

My friend and I had a great time at the Inn. We went on a girls getaway and enjoyed our rooms (Alden and Dunes). They were perfect for one person, with a comfy bed, desk, and refrigerator. The glass bottle coke machine is awesome. We loved the fireplace area. Overall a great value.

We stayed here during a snow storm and it was great! The front desk staff were very helpful, and we slept well. I appreciated the fridge, microwave, and extra sink in our room. The room was also very clean.
