Nice, quiet hotel near the college and easy to find. The bathroom only had a shower instead of a tub, and I had hoped to soak away the road-weariness in a nice bath, but everything else was top-notch. Quiet hours begin at 10 p.m., which we weary travelers appreciated after many hours on the road in heavy traffic. The front dest staff were very nice. My room was ok shower was dirty. And the vending machines did not work. Other than that i had a great stay. I only recommend the hotel get a better breakfast variety than cereal.

It was very enjoyable. Only issue is the lack of parking. Went out for dinner and when we returned to hotel; there were no parking spots. Had to wait for someone to leave about 20 minutes.

Perfect getaway!

The only complaint I have is the parking. I wish it was on-site to enhance the experience. Otherwise, I was pleased and will be booking again the next time I am in Owings Mills.

This hotel was perfect for a getaway trip to Gettysburg. Pool for kids was a win. Washer and dryer for me win. Shopping outlets right near the hotel win, and all the important sites for Gettysburg win. Super clean and super nice staff.

The location was excellent, near downtown and with a parking garage next door. The rooms were great! We stayed in two, a queen sized bedroom on the third floor and a king sized bedroom on the second floor. Both were very quiet, very comfortable, and not your standard bland hotel room yet had very modern conveniences. I travel for work frequently and my travels have brought me to Gettysburg many times in the past. Often in my work travels, I'm more concerned with booking a big chain hotel to earn more and more points than anything else. This time, however, I decided to try something different. I chose the Brickhouse Inn because of it's proximity to where I would be working and also because I had never stayed in a bed and breakfast before. I couldn't have been more pleased. Very clean, staff is friendly & accommodating - the rooms are uniquely designed & comfortable. I would only suggest that an exhaust fan in the bathroom would be a nice touch for added comfort & privacy.

The front desk girl was stuffing her face with food and licked her fingers before asking for my ID. No hello. No please. No thank you. It was loud due to all the motorcycles and needed her to repeat her spearhead on breakfast and pool hours, she almost screamed it unfriendly like. Shame because the room was wonderful! I wish she was as nice

I've never seen reviews this off the charts but now I know why! Totally great hotel. Felt brand new. Pool outstanding. Clean. Everything was quite literally perfect. Look it's not the Four Seasons but for this class hotel it's nicest I've ever stayed in (and I've stayed in hundreds!!!)

I absolutely loved the staff outgoing, welcoming, and professional. The bar staff were sweet as pie and nope I’m not an alcoholic! Just overall great customer service and the renovation to this hotel is LOVE!

My stay was brief, but intense. I got there in the evening, was warmly greeted, and given a lovely quick tour. The place is amazing. Then I was shown my room, which is much, much prettier, and more comforting, and welcoming than it had looked in the photos on the website.
