Staff, cleanliness, safety

The staff was friendly upon arrival. Due to bad experiences in previous hotels, I thoroughly checked the room, beds, towels, and washcloths for cleanliness and unfortunately bed bugs - THIS room was immaculate. I wasn't really worried about staying at this hotel since it is affiliated with IHG, and I have NEVER been disappointed with a reservation at an IHG hotel. Very Good Place For Guests. Enjoyed My Stay! Would Not Hesitate To Recommend Hotel To Anyone Looking For A Comfortable and Quiet Location For Couple Of Nights. I am Very Impressed and Look Forward To Staying There Another Time

Bathroom had been lightly cleaned room was good. The ceiling spackle in the bathroom fell a bit while we were away onto toilet and floor due to water or something from above and the carpet in the hallways was atrocious but other than that it was a decent stay for the price.

Customer service

I want to thank Kathy and I want to thank Beth. I think I lost my key about several times when I first was checking in. Beth also changed my room to my liking so thank you Beth so much for being personable and professional. Kathy was a ball of energy and I'm sure she's great to have your front of the house staff. She is very likable human and approachable and has a candor and a natural gift to be professional funny and courteous. My overall stay was great and thank you. My only drawback was I...

Relaxing stay, comfort, and it was clean. Great breakfast (I love how it varies every day) and love the free coffee 24-7 in the lobby. Gym was cool too, small but all that I needed.

This place is newly renovated and they did a great job inside the rooms. It was clean and had hardwood floors! The staff was incredibly friendly and we had very pleasant conversations with everyone who worked there. For this place and I would say definitely stay, plus the price is unbeatable! Thank you!!!

Room was clean and staff very friendly

Was a great stay.

It would be nice if Hotels.com had Smoking or Non-Smoking preference. Good hotels, excellent Mexican restaurant next door. Please confirm preference for non-smoking or smoking. Continental breakfast.

Lovely property centrally located near all that I needed.

The area of the hotel is very beautiful and convenient to the airport and makl. The customer service at hotel was wonderful. The entire ambiance of the hotel is stunning from the lobby to the room. No complaints at all.

Best service you can find in VA

The staff was friendly and helpful, the hotel is beautifully decorated and maintained, only thing is that you have to pay for parking which is $12 a day and that adds up if you’re stay for a few days plus you have to pay to use the

Love the property it was a beautiful beautiful hotel and experience definitely recommend!!

Modern bldg. Good decoration, exelent people working very professional, nice views. Really enjoyed my time and accomplish my job.

Great stay!! All of the staff was incredible! Especially Channing

New property as of September 2024. Very nice staff. Breakfast was a bit less than expected, mostly in comparison to other amenities, but I think they are working on it.

Great staff! Appreciated the shuttle service. I'll revisit.
