Check in was fairly smooth and the room was nice. I was missing two towels; I notified the front desk the next morning and asked for one towel. When housekeeping came they replaced all washcloths, face towels, and towels with fresh ones. I would stay there again.

The hotel was quite nice, however, the staff at the front desk, not so much. Whomever checked us in was wonderful; warm, friendly and personable. The lady who checked us out...would be an awesome front desk receptionist at the IRS or maybe an abortion clinic. She had the personality of a kidney stone, ...

Lovely hotel, great staff, close to transport and attractions. One criticism was the thermostatically controlled fan on the radiator in our room was very, very noisy.

Town was great Holiday Inn Express was not!
Main street is quaint. Local restaurants nearby are reasonably priced.
Lots of shopping and eating places
If you're attending weekend classes at Maryland University of Integrative Health, this is the place to stay!
Laurel is a nice place but knight inn is the worse hotel
