We had a great stay at this hotel. The property is clean, well-maintained, and has solid infrastructure. The on-site restaurant and room service were convenient, and the staff was consistently friendly and helpful. Breakfast options varied between buffet and à la carte, which was a nice touch. The only downside was that our stay coincided with prom season, so there was some noise from events taking place nearby. However, this was a minor issue in an otherwise excellent experience. This place is very cool. It was built at the campus arboretum and they used the wood from the trees to make furniture mill work etc. The staff is great also. I very rarely eat in any hotel however I was tired and did not feel like driving so I ate at the bar. Fabulous meal and great service. I stay center city usually but I did not need to go into town so I stayed at a cool place in the burbs

We really enjoyed staying here. Our family of 6 fit nicely in our room (two beds and a foldout sofa). The breakfast was nice. Wendy’s and Cracker Barrel in the same parking lot was nice and a gas station too. Near the freeway made it an easy stop on our trip. Staff was great! Thank you!

Everything about my stay was great!

Rooms were clean and staff was very friendly. Airport shuttle was available. When I got to my room the curtains were closed over the window. It was not until the next morning that I realized there was a sliding glass door that actually had been open all night. When the room was cleaned the doors should have been closed and locked.

Great spot

I love this hotel so much

Staff was pleasant and accommodating.

This hotel had literally the best customer service I've had in a long time, possibly ever! The staff were ALL great. My room was well-appointed, comfortable, and clean. The location is excellent with lots of restaurants, etc.

Very clean great staff

It was clean and the staff was very helpful

I wish there was a better description of the room posted, it was smaller than expected… the staff was amazing!

I had a quick trip into Philly for an event in Center City and decided to stay nearby. The hotel staff was amazing and everything I needed was in walking distance. I chose to park at a garage around the corner because the hotel parking is 60.00 per day. Lots of cheaper options in the area.

Everything seemed to be very organized and clean. The rooms were great. Never unfortunately received my $25 credit.

Loved this hotel!
