Great room and location

The AC didn’t work at first but the mgr got back to me quickly and it was resolved. It was a very good stay after that, the staff were lovely to me and the bed was super comfy!!! Small space but comfortable for one person or a couple.

We stayed at La Toubana in July 2017. The staff was very welcoming and the restaurant even provided dinner for us on our first night even though we arrived past closing due to a 7 hour flight delay. The amenities are beautiful with comfortable loungers at both the pool and beach. Food is excellent. Our room was a stunning two story condo type room up on the hill. Nice place with full air condition. The written WIFI code is a wrong code so do not waste your time using it. You can call the guy to give the correct code. The place has no kitchen. I was initially under the impression that it got one. Generally, I like the place because I got enough area to do my walking exercises and I can easily catch buses to do my business.

The staff is very friendly and attentive and the decor is top notch. Would recommend to anyone seeking a taste of the city and wanting a charming comfortable home base.

What a great set up! 3 restaurants, 2 Bars, 2 Private Beaches, 2 Private pools! Awesome! The management team, went above and beyond for me! They didn’t have to do half of the stuff they did for me. Hotel is very nice and comfortable. Rooms are large and well decorated. There are some pictures on walls. There is kitchen in the room with microwave, electric range, dishes, kettle, cups... Very good location near beach. Wonderful sea view from big balcon. But staff don't speak English, only French. Reception works only from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. sauf week-end. Rooms clean with tiled floors, enough closet space and refrigerator & includes a safe. Lobby, bar, restaurant very nice and open to the sea. My husband and I really enjoyed our stay here. The pool area is wonderful. The neighborhood is within walking distance of a beach and neat restaurants and a great overlook to watch the pelicans diving.

This place is perfect for worldly travelers with children. We rented a 2 bedroom apartment. It came with a small, well equipped kitchenette on the veranda. Perfect for cooking meals with spectacular sunset views and star gazing. Housekeeping services were provided with towel exchanges in the middle of the week. We spent 4 days at the beginning of our 10 day visit to Guadeloupe. The hotel and staff were great and it was a very relaxing way to start our trip. Hotel is lovely, staff and services are excellent, the included breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of items and eggs or crepes can be ordered as well. Beach is small but perfectly fine and well fit out with chaises, cushions, umbrellas, shade palms and a small restaurant for lunch or snacks. We highly recommend the Auberge.
