Very prompt check in, comfortable room!

Staff was kind and amazing. We were only there 1 night and noticed a lot of guests outside walking very well behaved dogs. I work in a veterinary clinic and was very impressed by how the staff as so sweet and welcoming to the animals and humans. Some hotels claim they are pet friendly but you’ll get nasty looks from stuff queen you walk in with a pet. Not here. Here the staff are pet lovers too!

This was a great place to stay. Very clean and comfortable and Rebecca the manager was fantastic! Will definitely stay here again when we are in the area!

The stafff here are very helpful. My room was perfectly located across a big grassy area that my dog loved. The last day of my stay my a/c wasn’t working so the manager put me into another room with the same amenities & even closer to grassy area!! The breakfast is balanced choices & I loved the tea selection. Site has cameras everywhere and I felt very safe. The beds are great too!!!

It was not the property that was terrible but the interaction with Orbitz. In the process of making the reservation an error was indicated and I was instructed to begin again. The result was a double booking. It was not possible to contact a person or navigate the webpage to fix this error; not on the night of the service or the days after. A totally frustrating experience. Orbitz causes a problem and makes correction impossible. I have to rely on my Credit Card Company.

Like the place and that was very clean and quiet then only bad thing was the elevator which más making lots of noises and stoping and moving roughly need some maintenance

Decent hotel for price, very outdated

On a road trip where we made no advance reservations we decided to make a reservation for a hotel about 20 minutes ahead of us. Fired up hotels.com on phone found the right palace, price and amenities quickly. Upon arrival at hotel we were welcomed assigned a great room which was clean, comfortable and convenient. It is about 4 minutes from the freeway which we wanted. Beds comfortable tv worked great, breakfast was perfect (and included). Checkout was simply a goodbye and good day.

Place is comfy, plenty of stores and restaurants. Parking is easy. Breakfast is decent. Waffle machine is great

Great location, clean room, nice size shower and restaurant on property. All on Lake Norman. Front desk staff really nice. 100% sanitation score!! And so reasonable.
