Spring break hotels in Lima

Great location near Parc Kennedy, walkable to lots of bars & restaurants. The hotel is essentially brand new. Helpful staff, amazing beds and pillows. However, there is a bit of a design flaw, Do not stay in the rooms directly below the gym (9th floor). Initially we were in 809 and we were woken up by what I initially thought were kids...but in fact was the repeated landing motion of someone running on a treadmill. The food was excellent and the staff was pleasent and went out of their way to accommodate our needs. Amenities like the pool were nice and the room was extremely comfortable. I would stay here again.

This hotel was amazing. Checking process was super fast and the staff was very friendly. We didn’t have to wait until 3pm. They had our rooms ready in no time. The breakfast was included with our booking and it was excellent. The fresh bread, fruits and warm stations were constantly replenished. Absolutely awesome place. I got upgraded because of Orbitz, so had a very nice big room. If you like light though, get a room with a view to the outside. Things generally worked great and the staff was extremely kind and helpful if anything went wrong. The wine and complementary platters were fantastic. The food in restaurant was great. Thanks to the staff. Extremely well managed hotel.

This property is a few months old and is still sparkling new. I came through Lima last month and stayed at the JW Marriott. I didn’t enjoy my stay there and am thrilled I booked the Pullman instead on my return. The hotel is smaller but the staff, guest rooms, service and amenities are all beyond what I expected. We stayed here 4 nights in total before and after our Machu Picchu tour. Excellent location in Miraflores. Easy walking distance to nearby attractions, such as the Larcomar shopping center and Kennedy park, with many restaurants and a large grocery store (Wong Cencosud) nearby. Staff was friendly and gave us welcome drinks at check in. One minor complaint about the room layout is that the shower/sink area is not in a separate enclosed bathroom unless you request a handicap accessible room.

This was our second stay at this hotel. Loved the location, the friendliness of the staff and the comfortable rooms. Can’t say enough about the walk ability around the miraflores area! Very safe. Having breakfast available also was a plus. Loved the rooftop bar area for a nightcap. Team members that made our stay special, Diego and Yvonne at breakfast, Jorge and Juliano at the bar!

Clean modern room. Free (2) bottled water in room. Staff was professional.

Absolutely love my stay. Super clean. Everyone was so accommodating. The location was wonderful cause its right in the middle of the financial district. Many stores near by. I didn't pack enough close and was able to walk next door to Zara. Only thing I wish is if they have more available spa treatments. Tip: book all your spa treatments in advance. The price is really reasonable which is why everything was fully booked.

We had a wonderful time. The staff was attentive and professional, the room was nice, and the breakfast was really good.

I have been traveling to Lima several times ver the last 10 years. I always select Tierra Viva Miraflores at Gral. Mendiburu. The staff is just superb - from check-in to breakfast to assistance with taxis, etc. Suggest selecting a room facing the inside courtyard for lower steer noise.

Such a great place

Beautiful historic property with abundant charm. Restaurant and bar are top notch. Staff very friendly and fluent in English. Very safe/secure amd well located near the Malecon, parks, and other destinations.
