Housekeeping was exceptional. I seldom leave a tip when staying at a motel. This was an exception. However, the front desk informed me that housekeepers are not permitted to accept tips, and that workers actually are assigned different rooms on a daily basis. That's a shame. Those gals deserve a whole lot of praise from management!

My husband and I stayed here in October, 2010. The cost was quite reasonable so I didn't expect much. Wow, was I surprised. Although the halls weren't impressive, the room itself was excellent - quiet, clean, and attractive. There was a nice little refrigerator, and the bed was comfortable, although the pillows were overly thick - we probably could have asked for different ones, but it wasn't that big of a deal. The best part of the hotel was the HUGE atrium area with nice pool, hot tub, etc., etc. Unfortunately, we didn't have time to use the pool or take advantage of the free breakfast, but we are looking forward to coming back. The location is great with lots of restaurants, a mall, etc. nearby. The only negative note came during checkout, when we heard the desk clerk tell another guest, a business traveler, that she couldn't give him a receipt/statement because he booked through an online agency instead of directly through Days Inn. Maybe this is standard policy, but I would have thought she could have done something more to accommodate him.
