"Place is conveniently located and gorgeous. The antiques are amazing. The proprietor Doc is incredible. No need to take any historical tour as Doc knows it all. Food was amazing and each dish had a story! This is a wonderful alternative to a stuffy hotel room."

Patty is such a wonderful host, the breakfast is so yummy, the room and inn are gorgeous, and we loved visiting with Sidney the pup every day. The location is central and easy walking distance to the east and west side of Savannah. We loved our stay!"

"Our room was lovely. Appointed with comfortable furniture for sitting and relaxing. Our room provided all the amenities needed for senior citizens or the handicapped. The only thing I would have preferred was king size pillows for the king size bed, but I find pillows are an issue in every hotel."

"We absolutely loved our stay at the Godley Manor. The staff was so incredibly kind and the property was so clean! There are so many things to do within walking distance or trolleys you can hop on to get around! We can’t wait to stay here again! "

"Nice and comfy inside. Room was a little smaller than expected. Checking in and out through the web and not having to deal with an actual person was different. Using a code to get in your room and the hotel was different also, but easy to do. Would stay there again. "

"The Inn is beautiful. We stayed in room 207 that had a lot of windows and was quite large. The bar was nice and the lobster pasta was good. The bar gets busy at night as it is one of the stops on the gohst tours. We met the owner and had a nice time visiting locals. Loved Savannah and would definitely recommend the Inn as long as you can do stairs."

"Poor water flow upstairs, downstairs toilet wasn’t working great. washing machine leaked (think the seal is worn on it) and filters for ac where not the greatest for air flow (my husband changed the one upstairs) and garbage around outside smelled really bad, but with the heat I know that doesn’t help. Overall we had a great experience and we would stay there again. "

"Nice, big clean room and we enjoyed our stay with a few caveats. The building itself is noisy and you can hear everything from the surrounding rooms. Making this worse, the area around the property is also noisy with a nearby bar that had loud talking/yelling until after 2 AM. There was also a slight problem in with the room that took a lot of texts back and forth, but was never resolved. I think they did the best they could, but after A LOT of back and forth, nothing was ever resolved. "

"Clean quiet apartment, a very doable walk from all of the things you’d want to see but far enough away that you’re not smack in the middle of it all. Hosts responded reasonably quickly to questions. Comfortably stayed here with a total group of 4- there’s rollout beds for additional people but that would be a pretty tight fit depending on how much time you’d like to spend in the apartment. Would stay here again."

"The property is nice, the rooms are clean, the staff is very attentive and helpful. The only issue is outside the hotel. Its located in a party area that gets loud and gritty and somewhat ghetto. But i would definitely recommend the hotel as is, its a great hotel. Just wish the area around was as good. "
