The room was spotless and clean with the king size bed being very comfortable, coffee maker and complimentary popcorn and water in the room. Staff was very friendly overall. Only issue we had was they were kind of rude about a late checkout request. They could have just explained it was not possible versus saying they never allow them. I do not follow why you would have a policy to never alllow. I do follow that sometimes it is not possible. We did check out bags with them for an hour and they were very friendly about it.
