The hotel and the staff were superb. The spa was amazing. My only comment would be that the in-room snacks and drinks were way overpriced. Many high end hotels provide complimentary soda and water, and incorporate that into your cost.

The hotel is located close to shopping and other amenities. Overall, it was very clean overall, and the staff is very polite. The hotel has a PC and printer devoted to flight check-in & printing boarding passes. I would definitely stay at the Intercontinental Buckhead upon my return to ATL.

The staff here were awesome. They were friendly and very attentive. The lobby carpet on the other hand, needs replaced. Large stains make you question the general cleanliness of the hotel. A dull, musty smell permeates the hitem as well. The room was clean and pristine (aside from the musty smell), and room service was prompt and courteous. The food was your average hotel fare (breakfast specifically as I did not try anything else).
