"Great locator access to metro for connecting through Milan . Was a bit weary of the area not a lot of bars restaurants nearby. Hotel spotless staff lovely. Rooms tiny but clean . Breakfast really good "

"It’s not a tourist place, it’s in the middle of industrial area with no no places to go, the closest restaurant it’s 39’ of taxi or the metro across street will take to the center of town in 30’ with a transfer. The hotel itself it’s very clean, modern an organized, no food until 7 pm, but very good Notmy cup of tea!"

"Parking was supposed to be free and then when you get there, parking in front is free but it is always full and they charge you to parking in their garage. This is not truthful, I don't appreciate this. Overall an excellent hotel, high quality service. Bed was amazing and the food was great too. Lovely staff. I just did not appreciate charging me for parking when my booking includes parking "

"I’m highly recommend this hotel. The room was perfect and all the staff we interacted with were all so helpful and friendly. Outstanding customer service! Also, the location was excellent too—a five minute walk to the Milano Centrale train station and about 25 minute walk to the Duomo area. My daughter and I absolutely loved our stay. "Wonderful service. We dined there all 3 nights of our stay. The cost was very reasonable and the food excellent! Staff were wonderful. Our only niggle would be the decore in the room is a little tired and needs a bit of touching up, but this did not detract from our wonderful stay. Gracia x"

"It was not in a walkable location or near any of the main attractions. The front staff was nice and helpful. The restaurant and food was horrible, someone even had glass in their dessert and the restaurant staff just said oh we won’t charge for the dessert! Back home you don’t pay for the meal at all if you find GLASS in your food. The rooms were clean and the ac was great. Could use better pillows but clean room and hotel. "
