Good for a long stay

Posted Apr 19, 2015
Pros: There was a place to do laundry.
Cons: Make it seem more like a hotel for your hotel guests, and less like they are staying at an apartment where they have to do everything for themselves.
Location: Lots of fast-food places and easy access to the freeway.
Most people seemed to live here, so I wouldn't really consider this a hotel. When we arrived, we were told that the next day, we had to be out of the room, along with our belongings, from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. for extermination. Needless to say, this was more than a disappointment. We ended up booking another hotel for that night and the next. However, we couldn't get refunded since we had booked online through expedia. The next day, we came in after 7 p.m. and they still hadn't finished cleaning up the rooms. I found our sheets, blankets, towels, and pillows all wrapped up in a plastic bag on the bed. We had to make the bed ourselves and put all of our towels and everything back. There was nothing in the room. I was expecting it to be like other extended stay places, where there was at least a plate and a pot or something. So, we had to go to the store and get paper plates and plasticware. This made the stovetop useless. Now, I wished we had stayed at Econolodge, which is right next to this place. We stayed there they 2 nights we were waiting for our room to be exterminated, and it was so much nicer.

NO ROOM at the INN

Even though I had booked and received confirmation for my stay, they did not have a room for me and they were sorry. Alot of help there! Some quest were more concerned than the staff. No I would not recommend.
