We arrived late and most of the parking was full. Need more parking space and two elevator for three floors. Very time consuming to wait for elevator when hotel is full.

It was dirty the sink was plugged so I had to wash hands in the bathtub. It looked like a place for the down and out to stay. Not a place I would ever stay again. Furniture was all chipped up. Walls in bad repair.

Upon check in we were not given any information about how to join Wi-Fi or location of ice machine or any other amenities the hotel had to offer. After check in I went down to ask what password was and got a very short response. Was not told I also needed to know the user name. Back in the room I tried 5 times to call front desk to get the user name and was put on hold 3 times and 2 times never got an answer. Breakfast was unappetizing.

This is a convenient property when planning an early morning departure from the Albuquerque Sunport, however we come in our own car. They do not otherwise have a shuttle service from the hotel.

We only stayed one night traveling to Texas, but we did have a room overlooking the pool area. If you tend to get hot while sleeping then request an outside facing room. The pool is heated and inside, so if you open the window it is muggy and the air conditioner only goes to 70.
