Our check in was horrific. No one was at the desk & we waited 10 minutes. Someone came out & said the system was down & she couldn’t check us in. I asked her what we should do. Instead of answering me, she answered the phone & began helping someone try to book a room. After 5 minutes of that, I asked her what we should do again & she shrugged her shoulders. Another person came out & I asked her if she could help us. She tried to contact a manager to fix the system without avail. She asked me if we booked through a 3rd party which we had. She said she could help us because those rooms are all ready. Our keys were on the side with our name & she said that when the system was up & running she would finish our check in but we could have our keys so we could go to our rooms. She was VERY helpful, professional, & polite. Her name was Alexandra. The other girl needs a lot more training on customer service!!!!!

Staff is amazing, there is always a police in front of the hotel 2/7 so I felt super safe. Breakfast was delicious and the room was super clean and bed was comfy.
