"The property is luxurious and extremely accommodating. You receive a cell phone on check-in that functions as real-time concierge. Also, included breakfast that can be delivered to your room as well as included car service to the hotel. There are a number of stairs to get to the property (which is true throughout all of Positano), and so older/less mobile travelers be cautious when selecting hotels in this area generally."

"This property is at an amazing location. The views are stunning, staff is very sweet and helpful, and the breakfast with the view in the morning was my favorite part of the day. Their plumbing is not great though. One of our showers got blocked and water logged and the other one constantly made a noise. For the price they charge, this wasn’t ideal. "

Antonella was most accommodating in helping to arrange for taxis and answer any questions. Great care is taken in every aspect of the guest experience. My in-room breakfast on the balcony was such a treat. The freshly baked cornettos were awesome. "

"Very charming hotel, the staff were very friendly & welcomed us with welcome drinks & snacks upon arrival. They also provide you with waters, a very cute tote bag & beach towels to use during your stay. There is parking right in front of the hotel, which is great for arriving and departing but unfortunately ruins the view from your balcony. It was at the top of a hill (as most things are in the area) so walking back from the main part of town or the marina was a bit of a trek but I believe...

"Staff were extremely friendly. Welcoming to our toddler and provided high quality service with a smile. Harsh and the staff at the restaurant were so attentative. The woman in the front who helps with bookings secured a last minute reservation at a rooftop directly in front of the duomo. Stunning views and meal. Thank you for the amazing stay and memorable 40th birthday treats as well thanks to Harsh for going above and beyond. All of the staff were AMAZING and easy to talk with. "

"I absolutely loved this hotel. The staff was so unbelievably kind. The room was super clean and it had a pretty view of the ocean and the mountains. 5 min walk to the main area. Great restaurants surrounding the hotel. It exceeded my expectations especially at their reasonable price per night. I would love to come back!"
