The floor could really use cleaning, the screen door is broken, and the remote doesn’t work well and I had to struggle to get what I wanted to watch. "Property is nice and secure. Checkin process is simple. Bedding was comfortable and it has a nice kitchen. We did not have internet for most of the day/evening Friday 4/26) requiring my friend and I to go to WeWork to work/be productive. The setup of the TV is confusing (required us to reconnect to the Wifi connection each time we turned it on; no instructions on it that we could find either). When I called the property mgmt about the Wifi, it was answered promptly, I was given an alternative...

"We rented this property for out of town guests who were visiting for a family memorial service. It worked very well to have a 'home base' where family members could stay together, and also share meals and catch up. It was like a small reunion for elderly cousins! No complaints about it at all. It was clean, large, and worked nicely with a large group. The only thing I recommended to the property manager is that the outside lighting is very dim at night. There are steep stairs to the front door...

"Very nice accommodations, excellent location and historic neighborhood. We could pretty much walk to anywhere for food, drinks, coffee, supplies etc. and even if we had to drive somewhere for something it was very close. All in all was a great experience and would recommend it to anyone. The host really did me a favor when I checked in 👍"

"This was the perfect amount of space for 2 couples for a quick trip to Denver. The neighborhood is “up and coming” so it’s not a place I’d walk around at night, but it’s fine in the daytime. Some really good restaurants within walking distance too. We REALLY loved the rooftop deck! Would definitely stay there again!"

Following that, the stay was pleasant and we even almost booked an additional night, but ended up going to Colorado Springs. Kids had a blast in the backyard, we saved a ton of money on food making use of the fully stocked kitchen, enjoyed the variety of games they had available, and the location was absolutely amazing.
