Only the manager spoke English. She was helpful when she was around and went the extra mile on things and made sure we were comfortable and provided for. "AC is Very Lacking, sweated most of the night. I think they bought Boxsprings rather than Mattresses. They told me that Expedia hadn't notified them that rooms booked with breakfast. They brought in a cook from home. Pictures of Suana but they said closed because of covid. 2 years and they haven't updated this yet. No I will not return. Even my Thai Wife said Do Not Ever Book Here AGAIN. "

"The villa is very confortable ,modern and is in a good location for our family trip. The downside is the condition of the kitchen ware seem very old, and the towels in the bathrooms were in very bad condition .this was an issue when we checked out .we were charged for staining bath towels and an over charge for the power consumption. I have been to thailand over 15 times and have traveled and stayed in many places in this country.but I never experienced this kind of terrible service from an...
