It took the lady 45 min to check us in. Nobody else was there. We asked for non smoking the room stunk so bad it made us sick. There was food in the fridge. The tube was not clean blankets , were dirty and torn. The poolwas not working for breakfast they had orange juice and nothing else

for the price, the room was exceptionally clean. Everything worked very well. Many times in these types of hotels the heating or AC can be ragged or no working. Thos one worked perfectly. I would stay here again.

Decent Stay
The room was clean and fairly comfy. Staff is friendly and professional. Scott is very accommodating and good at his job. Will stay again if needs arrive. 🙂👍

Stayed 7 nights. Don't know why I was given a handicap room, not knowledgable about ADA standards... no place to hang towel(s) when getting into/out of tub. AC had a musty odor. Currently having billing dispute, credit card charged $5.49 more than "confirmed" price for the stay AND an additional $31.12 billed a day after checkout. There were also an addition charge of $68.88, which was reversed.

The place smelled like weed and smoke. There was always weird people around the building. There was people sleeping in cars in the lot. Over all it was nice and quiet. We never got to use the pool they close it to early to be able to get back and relax to be able to.

This place was extreemly dirty! The carpets were stained black. The welcome rug was beige but stained brown with dirt. They did not have an elevator to get to the second floor. There were many unsavory people staying at this hotel and we could hear yelling throughout the night! The worse experience EVER!!

Great for price.
Decent! You get what you pay for, there was a little bit of marijuana smell and smoke in the hall, especially on the stairs, but the room was fine. Comfy just get a non-smoking room.

Dirty sheets, cigarette burns in blanket, only one very scary looking blanket in the bed, bathroom tiles were missing, the TV remote had no back, the floors were dirty, more like a hour by hour hotel, cigarette smoke everywhere. I have never been more terrified of getting bed bugs

You get what you pay for. If you're not looking to stay long, just a quick overnight in and out trip, this will meet your needs. Continental breakfast is some coffee and prepackaged muffins. The pillows were horrible though, felt like a ball of wadded up towels in a pillow case, if we stay there again we would bring our own pillows.

I guess you could say you get what you pay for. This was the least expensive option in the area when we booked it. So we figured we’re weren’t getting anything amazing. The rooms are very dated, beds/pillows below average, paper thin walls. Continental “breakfast” was granola bars, Orange Juice, and pre-packaged muffins. Oh, and Luke warm coffee with powder creamer. We just needed a place to sleep at the base of the mountains, so it worked. But we will look elsewhere in the future.

Great STAFF!!! Kim is incredible and hard working along with her entire staff. Changing the linens and cleaning each day. The front desk staff are beyond reproach, kind, helpful, caring. The only request would be have a dog area, there are too many stickers and cactus which are painful or cut the paws of the dogs. Otherwise, keep moving forward. Thank you everyone for making my long stay more than comfortable.

The guy checking us in seemed annoyed to be there, the room felt dirty, the TV didn’t work, the tiles on the bathroom floor were broken, breakfast consisted of Sunny D and a muffin.

At check in there was a sign that said be back in a minute or if no one is at the desk call the number. I waited a minute or two then called, no answer, waited, called again. Finally the guy came from upstairs and said something about the phone. I couls hear it ringing!! It took forever for him to check us in. I accidently reserved a smoking room and he was kind enough to give us some smoke odor eliminator spray to help get rid of some of the smell. Ok stay, not the greatest however and not really worth the price I paid.

Overall, everything was okay. The pool was clean but too cold to enjoy swimming in. Tried two different days. The hallway to our ground floor room was clean, but had a terrible odor. The room itself did not smell, but the hallway was awful.
