"Such a sweet property and located within minutes to Callaway and FDR state park. Very comfortable beds own bathrooms. We really enjoyed having time to spend with friends gathered in the living room. We did most of our meals and chilled out between Callaway visits. Would return and recommend to others "

"The house is roomy and comfortable. Pretty view of the lake. Only complaint was bugs. Ants in the kitchen and roaches climbing the walls in the family room and middle bathroom. "

"Plant of room for 2-3 adults or 2 adults and 2 kids. Littles would require close oversight with hills and stairs. Tub is deep and newer. House has been updated and maintained. Beautiful trees all around. Electric fireplace is a nice touch. Water pressure is good and plenty of hot water. Beds were comfy though egg crate padding is a bit warm. Really nice little place for a weekend getaway. "

"Sheppard’s Den provided a peaceful, relaxing place to return to each afternoon. It is conveniently located to Pine Mountain, Warm Spings, and Woodbury. We road our bikes on the trail nearly every day, visited the shops, ate, and enjoyed the ride to Woodbury for fresh peaches and tomatoes, just to name a few. We especially enjoyed Fitzgerald’s peach ice cream on the front porch."

"The cabin was great and matched the description on the posting. It accommodated my family of 12 just fine. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and spacious and there were gathering areas upstairs, downstairs, and outside on the patios. The only negatives were the WiFi didn't work (we still had AT&T cell service) and the complimentary recreational equipment (tennis rackets/balls, pool cues/balls, ping pong paddles) provided was inadequate for use at the resort facilities (missing balls, pool cues...
