"Great Location"
We had a great 2 night stay... close to everything, within walking distance to bars and shopping, we liked the size of the room and the staff were very pleasant. It was our honeymoon and they surprised us with 2 plates of cheese, crackers and fruit. It was delicious and a nice treat!

"Classy and comfortable hotel, perfectly located."
We had an early morning arrival in Dublin. Check in not until 3pm, but staff had room available by noon, considerate of the fact we had just flown overnight. They immediately offered tea, coffee or breakfast and showed us to a lovely sitting area, complete with a crackling fire in the fireplace, where we could rest while waiting for our room. I would describe the room as , "Understated elegance," with every amenity available. This hotel takes care of even the smallest detail! After a quick nap to ready ourselves for the rest of the evening, I discovered that the mattress was much to firm for my taste. A quick chat with the receptionist and the problem was rectified immediately. Overall, a very pleasant stay, with friendly staff, warm and inviting accommodations, and a location central to all the attractions.

"Great find"
Great hotel with train/tram/bus stops right outside to take direct into city centre or airport. Lovely hotel, helpful friendly staff and good breakfast. Only downside was room quite noisy as on main street/tram line. Ask for room at back of hotel for better nights sleep!

"Hotel in central Dublin"
Friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable reception staff who gave us helpful advice about what to see and where to eat in Dublin. Very comfortable room, spotlessly clean. No problem leaving our luggage in their safe-keeping while we went sight-seeing on our final day after checking out. Comfortable bar where we enjoyed cocktails before going out to eat.

"Perfect location!"
Located right on O'Connell Street, this hotel was great (compared to the last one we were in on the same street). True this one is 4 stars and the previous was 3 stars, but boy what a difference. I have never seen a more clean washroom - It felt like it was renovated yesterday. Would recommend this hotel to anyone.
