"Room with a view"
The location is perfect. Graft on Street is very close by with restaurants and pubs. The signature rooms are very small and have a view of a wall. We left on a tour and asked for an upgrade to a view of St. Stevens Green when we returned. They had no record of my request and told me all rooms were sold out. When I mentioned trip advisor, magically a room appeared. These larger rooms are worth the extra charge. The staff was pleasant and, for the most part, accommodating.

"Lots of space and close to everything"
We had a great stay in Dublin and enjoyed the accommodations. The apartment was spacious with enough room for everyone to have some space. This apartment was also close to the main attractions in Dublin and the staff was very helpful. We also appreciated the onsite gated parking.

"a five day break for 2 retirees"
This is our second stay in the hotel. We loved it last time & our return stay didn't disappoint. Our room was extremely comfortable ( super comfy beds ) & spotless. All the staff could't have been more helpful. The hotel is very central but although it is situated in a busy street there no sense of this once inside. The fire station next door just didn't affect us at all. Thank you for a lovely break.

"Clean, comfortable hotel in a great location."
Myself and a group of friends stayed at this hotel during our short weekend trip to Dublin. Our flight landed early in the morning, and we got to the city center about 10am. We made our way to the hotel to store our bags while we explored the city before check in, but they told us they do not have an area to store bags. This is really unfortunately given that check in is at 3pm. We packed light, so it wasn't a huge deal to carry our bags with us, but it still was inconvenient. They pointed us to a visitor center about 5 minutes away that charges 5 euro a person to store baggages. Check in went smoothly and our room was wonderful. We had a group of 6 and it fit us all VERY comfortably. It was unusual to us that the doors didn't lock, not even the bathroom door. We had a mix of genders staying, so it was a bit uncomfortable not being able to lock the bathroom door when showering, especially because the shower is completely see-through glass. Our group split up the second day we were there, and the front desk was very accommodating. Since they have 24/7 desk maintenance, they allowed us to store the keys there while we went out and they checked the names upon return before giving them back (since everyone who was staying in the room had to be written down during check in). Upon check out, the staff was very eager to help to find transportation from the airport back to our flats. All in all, a great place. Would highly recommend, especially for longer stays in the city.

"Well located"
Nice hotel. Short walk to O'Connell St. Near train tracks & not a pretty area but otherwise a very nice hotel. Had an issue with their airport shuttle. They never showed up & we had to get a cab. Hotel manager reimbursed us & arranged for a cab on their tab for return to airport. Very well handled. Diffused our anger completely. Professionally run
