“This place has paper thin walls. I could hear everything in the rooms next to us and in the hall. The location was good and the staff was friendly. The room was so small and our comforter had stains on it. The room also had no windows (could be my fault when booking and didn’t notice this detail) but the problem was there was no ventilation. When we took a shower the room turned into a sauna and sort of stayed that way. The AC couldn’t really be changed so it didn’t help the situation. ”

“Room was dirty, mostly the bathroom i could tell wasn’t cleaned properly - black hairs everywhere that were not mine or my partners. But the hotel is in a great central area”

“This is a great hotel! Super location in the middle of everything, easy to find, but quiet! The staff is wonderful — friendly and eager to help. Breakfast very good; Restaurant menu adequate, staff attentive.”

“The best part of this hotel is its location. You can walk around to visit tourist attractions in Dublin while returning back to the hotel in the middle of day and return back to exploring again after the break. Lot of food choices and lot more places for drinking and partying available once you step outside the hotel. Only small negative I felt is about their rigid checkout policy, they didn’t want to extend check out for us from 12 to 1 PM without added fees.”

“Staying at the Clontarf Castle was gorgeous! So much history attached to this 11th century castle. There is a wonderful cemetery that belongs to the castle and worth visiting Would easily go back again”
