"What an amazing stay. 1790s cabin restored in the 80s. Beautiful and still had all we needed for our trip to the lake. We visited historic Bedford during the day and spent our evenings in this beautiful historic cabin. Met the owner Dave and he gave us a full tour and history. He also gave us some great suggestions for places to eat and places to get great views of the area."

"My husband booked our stay at the cabin which was almost ruined by VRBO from them neglecting to let him know there would be communication outside of the app. We arrived at night so it was dark and hard to see the place because there are no lights. "We had the best time at this cabin. The view was to die for. The cabin is on a quiet cove which is perfect for swimming and fishing. The walk down to the water is very well maintained and has steps leading to it. There’s a pier to tie your boat up at if you’re bringing one.
