"Sean, We had the best year of fishing in over a decade. The property is awesome, and access to the water is easy. One silly item would be more hooks on the wall to hang clothing. Also, I wasn't sure how to turn on the baseboard heater in the bedroom. I turned on the bathroom and left the door open."

"Total relaxation with the splendor of the Delaware River just across the lightly-traveled street. Too early for river sports but there’s plenty of hiking in the area’s many parks, easy access to services with a walk across the bridge to Callicoon (market, restaurants, movie theatre, a few shops) or just be still to watch the eagles fishing for hungry babes in the nest above, river ducks and geese, and small drifting boats with fly fishing folks. The front bedroom is tight and the second is dark...

"A perfect spot so close to the slopes! The fireplace makes it extra cozy. Great size home for a small group/family. Too bad we never got to try the sauna -- it's a great feature."

"My husband and I enjoyed the rest and relaxation in this cozy cottage in a picturesque setting. Location is about 20-30 minute (beautiful!) drive from several cute Catskill towns and Oneonta, where our son was playing baseball. We truly unplugged in this cozy home. Highlight was sitting by a fire enjoying a delicious charcuterie board/wine (go to Good Taste Epicurian Market in Franklin!). Thanks for hosting us!"

"Everything was great. The place was easy to find, (be advised the gps brought us to the adjacent street.) The cabin was clean, looked great, the grill & fire pit were our best friends. We loved the place so much we ate dinner outside everyday by the fire & relaxed till the stars were all over. Did some hiking & exploring and found a drive through preserve where we got to feed animals, my lady loved it. The cabin seems popular for fly fishing which we did not try. We intend to come back & try...

"*The ONLY problem is not wanting to leave!!! All logistics/ practicalities on point... communications gracious, the location is perfect, this cozy cabins minimalistic 70s charm is highlighted by having all windows & decks so you feel connected to outside even inside!! Perfect & charming... We celebrated the Solar Eclipse here and can't wait to come back before the next one, lol!!!"
