"This hotel is beautiful and in an excellent location. The staff is helpful, and the breakfast is truly delicious. My room was exactly as pictured and very attractively decorated. I enjoyed my stay there. Issues include common features of travel I think to this area, and maybe certain structures in really warm climates. The windows do not have glass, which is unsettling if you are not used to it. There was a shutter that could allow anything in. The room can get very stuffy, if it is not aired...

"We really enjoyed our stay at Romo. The suite featured high ceilings in a historic colonial era home. The staff was quite friendly and provide a tasty free breakfast each morning. A in-room safe was provided. The soap dispenser didn't work but otherwise I'm having a hard time thinking of reasons not to stay at Casa Roma next time we visit Cartegena."

"Air Cond only from 7pm to 9pm but not possible to control it. If you want to stop it during the night, not possible. We got sick. A lot of noise with the music really loud all day long No water in the bathroom for one day "
