"Three families traveled to Toronto for a funeral. Online description says its stylish but in fact its dated. Windows are old (2 didn't close all the way) and some cupboard doors throughout the house are broken. 7 bedrooms but 1 only has curtains for a door and no window coverings. Kitchen had basics only however there were no pot holders for taking things out of the oven, no tea towels, limited knives and no wine glasses. Beds all had comforters but no top sheets. "My partner and I got married at the nearby Elora Mill Hotel & Spa. We chose to stay with some of our wedding party at Cedarcliff not only because it was close by, but because we know it would be for great pre-ceremony photos of us and our party. The only comment I would make is that the house comfortable sleeps 10, not 12 as the listing suggests. We ended up putting one person in a cot in the living room and another guest on an air mattress we happened to have in our car."
