"Across the board, the staff at Faena is what really makes this exquisite hotel so special. After several days in Key West, we were originally scheduled to stay at Faena one night - We thought we would try it for one night. However, my husband took one look at the rooms, property and the welcoming spirit of ALL of the staff and we gladly added more time to our stay. This resort is impeccable! Grateful that Faena was a great ending to a marvelous FL/US vacation. "

"Very nice hotel. The staff was very friendly and attentive. My only takeaways are the time the outdoor area closes (7pm) and the mandatory valet fell asleep in his car while I was trying to get mine! When you come to Miami for vacation, you don't want to turn in at 7pm, that kills the whole resort experience. Lastly, beware of the charges. The room may cost $200+ per day but they also hold an additional $200 per day on your card. Valet is mandatory and it's about $50 per day. So my 4-day stay...

"We stayed for one night at the historical Biltmore Hotel for our 20th wedding anniversary and this beautiful resort did not disappoint! It was quiet as we are in low season, but it provided a lovely, intimate feel. The architecture is gorgeous, all the staff were extremely friendly and accommodating, and we were upgraded to a spacious Golf Suite (thanks to Expedia’s VIP program).
