"The staff kept getting us the same taxi driver 3 days in a row, and 3 days in a row either they kept giving the taxi driver wrong directions or the taxi driver kept going in the wrong direction. Good thing my husband speaks some basic Thai and was able to direct the driver. If they have a particular taxi driver they like to keep on standby or on call, they should at least try to pick someone who can speak basic English for their guests’ convenience. Or at least make sure they give the correct directions to destination. "
