I appreciated the warm welcome by the receptionist. She was professional and friendly.
Everything was good except my wife got sick after eating a burger from room service

Beautiful, historic hotel, located in the heart of the national capitol.
The hotel is beautiful, staff outstanding and the location is fantastic. The bathroom was a bit small and dated, but otherwise a great hotel.
Great location within walking distance of key sights, airport, shopping, movie theater and great restaurants.
Hotel was beautiful. Staff was extremely kind and friendly. Hotel is in nice location as well.

Clean, traditional yet contemporary. Very nice people

It was raining and they supplied us with umbrellas. Much appreciated. All of the staff was very helpful and very friendly. A pleasant stay.
Walking distance to everything. Would definitely come again.
So quiet, elegant style. A wonderful find! Wonderful accomadations and great rooftop bar.
The hotel room was amazing. However, we were disappointed in the ambiance in the spa area. I have been to RedDoor, Salamander, ...
close proximity to meeting place, had some issues with the room day before checkout. staff resolved that pretty quickly. overall we had a good experience.
Warm, friendly, attentive staff. Great lounge area with working fireplace and complimentary hot chocolate ,. There was one group of loud-speaking (annoying) guests but otherwise a comfortable, lovely place to have a glass of wine. The food from room service is good too.
