Lovely place. Gave me a free upgrade. Facilities all beautiful
The hotel is wonderful. The heating system will love if it was program to get warmer. Only is the valet parking was a bit messy and also the restaurant hostesses weren’t so friendly with us. The restaurant is great!! And service was awesome! We had the sweetest waitress ever! The staff front desk ...
This hotel has a great location for anyone wanting to tour Washington DC and luxury accommodations are a bonus too.
Love the bar club atmosphere of the bar and reading room.
Service was impeccable! The club lounge access on 8th was beautiful and relaxing - perfect for playing a game of chess with my teenage daughter. My twelve year old daughter loved the indoor pool and I loved the tempererature - not too cold, not too hot..just right. The bartenders were fabulous, treating ...
Our stay was above and beyond what we expected. The staff of the Willard, Cafe du Parc, and the Round Robin were excellent and consummate professionals. We were overjoyed and hope to return soon.
A DC classic. The staff, surroundings and room were all top notch. Not too fussy, but very luxurious.
Great central location, the staff are very helpful, friendly and approachable. The hotel is maintained and kept to a very high standard. Highly recommend a stay at The Monaco.
The toilet was not clean. Yes, the bowl and the seat were but the bottom of the well where material exits was dark. A toilet brush would reach it. Either the area is stained or it wasn't cleaned propelry. This is the second occasion and my second stay that I noticed this toilet issue. The Madison ...
Location was great and very close to Metrorail. Decor was very nice and room was very spacious.
As with all Ritz, very clean and comfortable. However one very annoying feature that they should be embarrassed about. For the cost to stay at their properties WiFi. Should be included. Only if your “member” it’s free. Most all average hotels include WiFi.
Customer service great feiendly yummy room service but expensive
Nice room, excellent staff, really good restaurant. Close to the Union Station
The room (and bathroom) were designed masterfully.
So quiet, elegant style. A wonderful find! Wonderful accomadations and great rooftop bar.

Beautiful hotel with fantastic, friendly staff. The room was nice, the location is perfect, and it has a cozy, historic bar. A great place to stay in DC!
