"Perfect place to stay in Orlando. Centrally located to just about everything. Close to freeways and the grounds are kept up nicely. Upgraded or renovated rooms so very modern. It's what you'd expect of a Hyatt."

"The suite was much bigger than I imagined. It was bigger than an apartment. It’s easier to walk around the buildings outside to get to the different amenities than going through the hallways. Everything was great though. "

"We usually stay in Disney resorts but we decided to change it up and stay in a Universal resort. Overall, it was a fun experience. The kids had a blast, loved the pool, lazy river and of course the transportation was convenient. Food was ok, lines were pretty long but it wasn’t as bad. We bowled, played in the arcade, our room was cleaned by someone everyday. I think the only minor complaint I would say would be there were people always smoking but it didn’t really bother me much since we just passed. Shuttle service was also on time, took us round trip to the airport. We had a great time."
