Close to earls court tube

Pros: Staff very pleasant, room was quite spacious.
Cons: Dust the rooms and clean the floors regularly
Location: Not much in the area, a few pubs, small stores, marcs and Spencer's down the street. Close to tube.
Hotel apartment has everything that you need, stove, oven dishwasher, washer/ dryer. Staff very helpful, always willing to please. If we needed something it was delivered right away, towels, toilet paper etc.... Small washroom, no counter space, but plenty of room in the main bedroom/ kitchen area. The only thing was that the room was very dusty, not sure if they cleaned the floors regularly/daily. Out in the hallway carpets were dirty/ stained. Our room faced the street, so it was noisy at night when people were outside talking and smoking, and the noise of garbage trucks early in the morning.

Wifi disaster

Pros: Location excellent. Friendly staff.
Cons: Hotel has got to improve its wifi.
Wifi was intermittent and when we did manage to access, was impossibly slow. When we complained, hotel staff said they were not aware of any problem, but that it could be due to the fact that there were too many guests trying to access the system at the same time! We heard other guests complaining about the wifi. My husband was unable to deal with his work commitments efficiently which was stressful for him.

Beautiful apartments

Pros: Great facilities including washer/dryer

Location: It is very close to the tu e at Earls Court making it easy to catch the tube from Heathrow airport.
The apartments had everything you would need like a home away from home. Quite location in a lovely area. Staff were very helpful.

Cons: sofa fold out was worn and stained, rug under sofa also worn and dirty but rest of room had hardwood floors giving very clean feel
Location: near subway entrance was great, only 5 min walk
Very pleased with quality of room, kitchenette and bathroom. Great location, walk to subway only about 5 minutes and staff was very helpful and friendly. Grocery store near subway was very convenient to get milk, breakfast items,etc.

Pros: Apartment style. kitchen was fully equipped and we could make our own breakfast every morning.
Location: We could walk to Glouchester Road (just 6 minutes walk) to board the hop on hop off trolley tours.
The location is great, near many food places, grocery and short walk to the natural history museum and science center. Hotel staff were pleasant and friendly and check in was very smooth.

The worst!

Never have I ever stayed in a place so bad! Firstly the location is so confusing for drivers, second the place is so tiny! The hallways are always so hot bad wi fi, unclean rooms, the double bed is actually two single rock hard beds joined together, the sofa bed was broken and they had to send two members of staff just to open it for us and they set it up(men!) I found this uncomfortable as there was 3 women in the room at night. The bathroom towels looks disgusting, the balcony view is a hostel, the staff are clueless. Pictures are deceiving. Don't think about booking this!!

Disappointing, and not as displayed on line.

Pros: Location was alright.
Cons: See above comments. WiFi should be reliable, carpets should appear clean, and noise levels should be enforced.
Location: Not a lot to do near by, although a few good restaurants. Good access to the Tube.
The hotel stay was a big disappointment. Sadly, on line it looked fantastic. The walls were paper thin, and we could hear absolutely everthing from walking, to talking, to running and jumping children, coughing, toilets flushing, etc. The bed was not comfortable (although with all the noise, who could sleep?) The carpet of the lobby and hallways seemed dirty. The WiFi was very spotty, and only worked about a third of the time, constantly cutting out. And water from the shower sprayed the entire bathroom. Overall, the room did appear clean, and it was nice to have amenities such as a kitchenette and laundry. No parking.

Great location with just a few glitches

Pros: The kitchen gave us the option of eating in which we did for most of our breakfasts.
Cons: They need to replace the bathroom sink. An elevator to the basement would be great.
Location: We used the tube for all activities; since it was for three lines there was minimal changing trains. Pubs, Indian, Italian, and chain rest. nearby.
The location was very good with many restaurants, food stores, and the Tube for three lines just a block away. The room was large with a great little kitchen (oven included), refrigerator, and a washing machine. The bed was comfortable. Here is where the glitches come in. We paid additional for a room with what we thought was a private courtyard; it was shared by two other rooms, The bathroom sink was so small with no room to put your toiletries. The room itself was two floors down!!! in the basement. There was no elevator that far down. Since we would probably only be going in and out once a day we didn't complain. If you make reservations be sure to ask for the first floor or higher. I just want to add that the staff was prompt with all requests and very helpful.
