Very nice hotel, room was mostly updated except not the vanity/sink area which was oddly old and out of date. The hotel was a bit farther from the airport than I would’ve hoped and no free shuttle, it costs about 6 pounds per person each way. Overall a nice place, good breakfast, would likely stay again if in the area.

Clean, tidy and sufficient room with very comfortable beds and bedding. The service at the bar was good and the lunch time offering was adequate/tasty. The complimentary refreshment on entry to the hotel was appreciated. Overall a great place to stay pre early morning flight from LHR.
