We arrived for later check in and they give us the room by the entrance and breakfast venue which was way too busy and noisy. We were able to get a different room with a smaller bed and it worked because we only have one child having two would’ve not worked … however, I had booked this room weeks earlier but it’s come first serve basis for check-in, which is a bit frustrating when you book months ago… It worked out overall. Not sure I would reserve there again for that reason.

Good spot for that one night stop prior to flight home. Clean room, close to Heathrow, they are on the stop for the airport shuttle to all the terminals, you do need to pay for shuttle. There is a restaurant at hotel and there are a couple of pubs within walking distance. Breakfast was very good. It is an acceptable airport hotel.

The staffer Bronita went out of her way to help us try to resolve an issue. The shower was only a hand shower and the design was poor. The water went onto the bathroom floor because there is no shower curtain..

Convenient to Heathrow on the Hotel Hoppa Bus (30 minute trip to terminal 5). Convenient on line check in, but the registration person was confused when we asked for a different room "but you already checked in" (obviously the room number doesn't show at online checkin, nor did I know the hotel layout). Room was clean and quiet, but definitely some deferred maintenance. The hair dryer didn't work, but was replaced within 10 minutes of my husband walking down to front desk (phone did not work). Food was good, service was very good, but several "oh we are out of this, but you can have this" at upsell prices. Annoying. Overall a solid stay

This was a convenient and cost effective hotel to stay at for our layover in London. The hotel was clean and the staff hellpful and friendly. The breakfast. which was included in our booking was a wonderful buffet with everything you could possibly desire. I only gave 4 stars because the wall on one side of our beautifully decorated and clean room was so thin that we heard the television from our neighbor's room like it was playing in our room. Otherwise, clean, comfortable and a good layover.

We were weary and confused travelers by the time we arrived at the Leonardo. The from t desk staff and everyone we encountered was welcoming and wonderful. The lobby was comfortable, and the room was perfect. Easy to get to downtown London and the airport. Though it was just a last night airport stay, it was one of the nicest parts of our trip!
