Pros: The staff couldn't do enough for you. whether it was advice or directions, getting a cab.
Cons: Can't think of anthing that we missed?
Location: Theatre land, Covent Garden & all the sites were an easy walk away.
Great location, very friendly staff, would stay again.

Really comfortable hotel in Bloomsbury.Posted Jul 30, 2014
Pros: see above
Cons: more reasonable cost for breakfast
Location: within easy reach of station, tube and bus routes, excellent location for a visit to the theatre or shopping.
This is a very comfortable hotel i n a quiet street but close to all of the city centre attractions and theatres. Nice pubs and restaurants close by. There are also lots of nice cafes for breakfast if you do not feel like spending £17 on a continental, or £22 on a cooked breakfast. That is my only criticism of this hotel, breakfast is extortionate.

The staff were very helpful and provided great service. Excellent location. We have previously stayed at a Grange Hotel and would highly recommend this independent hotel chain.

Nice hotel, brilliant location and helpful, friendly staff. They even gave us an upgraded room because it was free. Thanks!

Nice neighborhoodPosted May 23, 2014 on Hotels.com
We chose this hotel for it's convenient location and found it to be in a very nice area as well. Bus and tube stations were within an easy walk and other services were close by, too. We enjoyed the little cafe in Russell Square and found the local Pret a Manger a convenient and practical alternative to the pricy optional breakfast at the hotel. Room service was reasonable and good, however, and the staff was always very courteous and accommodating. If you need ice (Americans!) you need only to ask! One of our rooms was quite large and overlooked the garden - very quiet and lovely. The other room was a bit small, but still managed to provide a very comfortable queen sized bed. I loved the tea set up in the closet - very nice to have a kettle at the ready! It was also very helpful to have free WiFi. I would stay here again.

Wonderful stayPosted May 19, 2014
Pros: The room was stunning - big comfortable bed, lovely lounge area. I enjoyed a set 3 course meal in the hotel restaurant.
Cons: There was a constant "hum" coming from the bathroom - I think it was the air extractor. Nothing unbearable though.
Location: Great for Russell Square - common location for Medical exams and interviews. Good proximity to the tube station and the British Museum.
I arrived at The Beauchamp to receive a warm welcome and was DELIGHTED to be given a free upgrade to the beautiful junior suite. Having never been upgraded for anything in my life, I was rather surprised and took this hopefully as a good omen for my big exam the following day.

Friendly staffPosted May 19, 2014 on Hotels.com
A pleasant hotel in a quiet yet central location. All the comforts were included and the staff very friendly. In terms of budget, the room was rather compact and I didn't have breakfast there since I felt it was overpriced - the equivalent cost less than half as much at one of the many local coffee shops.

Good locationPosted May 12, 2014 on Hotels.com
We enjoyed our stay at the Beauchamp. Our room wasn't nearly as posh as the online photos. The floor in the room dipped quite a bit, so much so that the bed was propped with something and it was a "toe stubber". There was only one chair in the room (two of us staying). It was a good location for catching the Original Tour Bus and for finding good breakfast locations. It was very near the British Museum. Overall, a good stay.

Great Hotel in an easily accessible location.Posted May 5, 2014
First time in London and took a chance on this hotel. It really paid off. Feels very secure since you need to get buzzed in to the front door, and the hotel is immaculate. Loved the feel of the room and really liked that everything felt very clean. The staff was also very friendly, all contributing to a great experience. It was only a couple blocks from the Russell Square station, and there is a 24 hour liquor store where we were able to buy snacks and drinks before going back into the hotel at night.
