Urban Oasis: Newly refurbished 5* 2bed lux flat in leafy area of Central London

London vacation with husband and two teens

"Flat is on the first floor, very conveniently located to the Queen's Park stop on the subway. Trains arrive every few minutes, so you can be in Central London in 15-20 minutes depending on where you're headed. Flat was comfortable and well outfitted with bedding for the two bedrooms and the pullout couch in the front living room area. Kitchen included all the items we needed for making quick meals or heating up food. Bathroom is functional. One challenge is the lack of electrical outlets, so you may want to bring an extension cord for charging devices or blowdrying your hair. We had an issue with ants but after a text exchange with Nicole, found ant poison in the laundry cabinets. That seems to take care of the issue."

"I stayed at the Sanctum off of Belsize road April 5th to April 15th for the first time and I must say I was ABSOLUTELY BLOWN AWAY by the helpfulness and the friendliness of the staff. The property was lavish and a great "home away from home". Our apartment was tended to regularly and housekeeping was very warm and friendly as well. I would like to specifically mention Otman for being so helpful! I traveled with my family and Otman was very personable and provided many recommendations for us while were in London. Not only was he very friendly and accommodating anytime we were in the lobby, Otman also saved us from potentially missing our flight on the day of departure. When it was time for us to depart, we booked an Uber for 5 people and 10 suitcases, however; the Uber that showed up was unable to accommodate. Otman saw how much trouble we were having in finding a driver that could get us and our bags where we needed to go and went the extra mile to find us a service that could carry all 5 of us, as well as all 10 bags we had to take with us. I do not know what we would have done if not for him. I do not know if there is a recognition program in place for employees here, however; he certainly deserves kudos for being so spectacular! Everyone was amazing and my stay was the best it'd ever been in London because of this location and it's staff. I've no intentions on ever staying anywhere else for as long as this property remains in business when I visit London. 5/5 for sure! "

Great family hotel.

"Spacious room for the 4 of us. Executive lounge was part of the main restaurant. Wasn’t sure at first, but it actually works very well. Seperate area cordoned off with help yourself food, cooked in the restaurant, and beer, wine and soft drinks. Lots of attentive staff as well. Free access to the gym and pool next door, and they were very welcoming of hotel guests. "

"Stay away from this London VRBO! The host ignored us and even VRBO couldn't get through. We were left scrambling for a new place to stay on arrival day, spending hours stressing. Do NOT make the same mistake—avoid booking here at all costs."

"Very easy way to book in / check out. Really good size for what i paid just a cpl of issues. being the digital tv box didn't work and the oven didn't have any shelves to cook on. Really handy for queens park tube, great pub at the top of the road. For just over £100 for 2 nights in London cant complain "
