Good location, nice stuff, free popcorn, vast WiFi. But very small bathroom with no space for our toilet accessories, no electric outlet to charge laptop anywhere near the table, no microwave, very small closet.

As I said in another review, the front desk staff was amazing and lovely. The restaurant had terrible service, we had to call for toilet paper repeatedly and at one point were told they were out. The shower head pops right off the wand which was alarming. The location is good.

Very comfortable bed, excellent bathroom and toiletries, room safe, small refrigerator and coffee/tea making materials. Interesting, almost cheeky decor but the most ridiculous closet imaginable (it was about 6” deep and had an ironing board at the back further reducing its depth. Hangars had to be squished in sideways, greatly reducing how much could be hung up! ) Well located to transportation and an easy walk to many sites of interest. I‘d certainly recommend this hotel and would consider staying here again.

Stayed at a similarly priced hotel in London the night before and this one didn’t match up. Service was acceptable but nothing special- front desk staff did what they had to do but nothing more. A lot of attention paid to “cool” decor but poorly done with wrinkles in wallpaper etc. Issues with AC but these were resolved. Area has convenient tube station but not much in it. Clean and comfortable bed. Generally not a bad hotel but wasn’t worth the premium price.

Beautiful hotel in a very convenient location. We travelled with 2 teenage children. The front desk and concierge staff were amazing and helpful. The bar staff were wonderful. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet for a city hotel. The only reason for 4 stars is our room was not ready at 3 and it took a while to get into the room. Also our room was never serviced until we requested it.

Funky small hotel, easy walking to everywhere and near the underground, quieter than expected but maybe because our room was in the back. When we got into our room, there were unknown left over wet towels in the shower and we had to call twice to get them removed, made us a little concerned about cleanliness.

We enjoyed our stay at NYX London. Our room was very spacious, we were 3 and had 2 large beds. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location is great, walking distance to the tube and shopping. Highly recommend!
