"We absolutely loved staying at Kim’s VRBO. It was clean, stocked with amenities, and a really wonderful location. We brought our dog with us too, and the neighborhood was very dog friendly as well! Also, just a 30 minute walk to Wrigley Field! We would love to stay here again."

"This rental is in a great neighborhood and close to downtown. I stayed with my husband and adult children and their significant others. There was 7 of us and 2 dogs and the space was perfect. The back deck was a great way to end the days."

"Other reviewers are certainly right about the smoky smell but at least with the windows open or ac on its not an issue inside the apartment. Wish the owner (management team) were more forward in their listing with what they want. I got texted by multiple numbers about the details of this stay and also asked (through VRBO messages, just seemed odd) for a photo ID picture, no big deal but list this stuff up front. Otherwise, not exactly cheap but a good place to stay, easy access to the brown line...

"I booked this apartment very last minute for a one-night stay for a concert at The Riviera. This place is in a fantastic location. 10 minute Uber ride from the venue. Very quiet building. Check in details provided were accurate descriptions, and I checked in without a flaw. Very clean, the bed was very comfortable and there was plenty of space for the two of us. The property manager was very communicative and text me to make sure we settled in ok. Would definitely recommend!"
