"Great hotel!!!"

"Very nice accomodations. Bed was comfortable, suite was well equipped and spacious. Only downside was the showerhead (low water pressure - hard to rinse), and the location of the TV in the room made it difficult to view from the couch or the bed. The staff were wonderful and the breakfast was delicious. "

"A lovely room, very nicely appointed. The bed and the couch were hard as rocks unfortunately. We had booked the wrong date and they graciously moved us to the day we arrived and we were very pleased with how he handled it"

"This was a last minute stay with our pup, so glad we found a good hotel that’s dog friendly. It was very clean, the room was spacious and comfortable. They do offer free coffee in the morning using a Nespresso machine, it was not great coffee just OK coffee. Overall enjoyed the stay and would definitely stay again. "

The staff members at the Grand Hyatt were so wonderful. We were treated so well by all, especially Bryan. Bryan provided such outstanding service - our entire family was there and everyone thought the same about Bryan. What a gem and an asset to the Grand Hyatt Vail!!"

"Good location. I didn’t realize it was divided into separate lodges with room doors opening to the outside, but it was a nice room. Could hear through the walls somewhat, but overall a nice place to stay. Breakfast was excellent. "
