Pros: It was cheap, clean and friendly staff...
Cons: They advertise complimentary breakfast but, both mornings we were there they did not have any fruit or adequate supplies...
Location: Centrally located
They advertise complimentary breakfast but, both mornings we were there they did not have any fruit (apples or bananas) or adequate supplies. When asked about these items the clerk or on-duty manager said they didn't have any. I know it seems nit-picky considering the overall experience but, its the principal of it...

For one night only

Posted Jul 29, 2014
Pros: Helpful front desk. The swimming pool is huge compared to the Marriott properties we usually stay at.
Cons: Needs a major face-lift. Old, decrepit, a bit dirty. Just needs some renovation.
Location: Close to I-4, we were only about 15 minutes from Disney. About half-way b/w Legoland Florida and WDW.
Stayed at this QI for one night before checking in to a Disney resort hotel for the week. The front-desk help was great, the pool was actually really nice, and the location is great. However, the facilities are pretty rough. Decrepit, a bit grungy. If you are there for a night before heading for sunnier spots, it does the trick. But multiple days might be a bit depressing.

The ghost of 143 past...

Posted Jul 2, 2014
Pros: Leaving...
Cons: Tear it down and start all over.
Location: It had a Publix near by.
If you are in room 143, do not move the garbage can unless you want to release the roach. The bed linens had stains. The pull-out couch was crib size, dirty and no sheet. Dusty, dark, we didn't want to shower. I definitely do not recommend this hotel.

An ok hotel.

Posted Jun 16, 2014
Pros: Not much.
Cons: Better mattresses.
Location: This place was close to Sea World and all the Disney parks.
This place was not in the best condition. Our room phone didn't work, the beds were very uncomfortable. and we had to go to the front desk to get bedding for the pull-out couch. There weren't even pillows for it and none at the front desk either. Had to use towels for pillows. But I guess you get what you pay for and in this case, the room was a low price.

Parking lot was flooded. AC and telephone was out of first room we were assigned. We were quickly assigned a different room, but the next room smelled a little musty. It's a cheap hotel, so if you're just looking for a place to crash, it might be okay, but don't plan a vacation around it.

run down hotel

Posted Jun 2, 2014
Pros: nothing
Location: this was the only reason we stayed here.
This hotel was moldy, run down, smelly, etc. Had problems with 1st night room, then we were switched...had no running water half way thru the night on the second night, were moved to the third room, before, we could finally relax (on the third night)! continental breakfast was pretty much little debbie snack cakes. I actually wanted to throw my reservations and money out the window and go to another hotel.

OK for a last minute thing!

Posted May 29, 2014
Pros: Free breakfast
Cons: The cleaning needs to be improved.
Location: Disney World about 15 minutes away.
Well, since there weren't many hotel available within the price range I was looking for, this was the only one available. So I went for it (one night). The lobby looked very clean and staff were friendly. But when I went to look for my room, I got kind of disappointed. There wasn't an elevator in the building I was at (huge inconvenience if you have small kids or have disabilities). Then the carpet in the hallways were dirty, you can tell, its not maintained daily. Once I got to my room, I didn't expect anything better. Everything was organized but again there was dirt on the carpet! Also, the bathroom walls and tub weren't clean either. This made it a bit uncomfortable for us. The last thing that it even worst was seeing a HUGE dead roach right by the bathroom entrance.
