Two day stay in a Deluxe Executive room, room was huge, bed and sofa, made it feel more like a Junior Suite than just a hotel room. All of the staff were friendly and welcoming with impeccable English skills.
The food and cocktails in the Tangerine bar were exquisite, and the breakfast was very indulgent with amazing pastries!!
I had a room facing out to La Defense which was a fantastic view, especially at night but one negative about the hotel if you are staying in a standard room is that you only get a view of the shopping complex or the "Rotunda" which only has a view of other rooms.
The hotel is quite pricey mid-week obviously due to its prime banking location, but the deals available on a weekend make this a great place to explore Paris, and is so convenient for LaDefense RER station.

My family and I had two rooms for a one night stay prior to departing the next morning for the USA. The hotel is great, but the best part of our stay was the helpfulness of one particular staff member named Omar. On the morning of our departure we got caught in the AirFrance pilot's strike and our flight to Houston, TX was abruptly cancelled. Omar took personal charge of our luggage at the hotel, while we went to Charles de Gaulle Airport to try to arrange an alternative flight. We did manage to arrange an alternate flight with a rather short time span to board. Omar quickly brought us our luggage, and we made the flight on time. We were very grateful to Omar for his outstanding service, which far exceeded any of our expectations.

Beautiful hotel, the staff is friendly and they try hard to ensure your stay is comfortable. The only drawback was they were doing renovations at the time of my stay but that's not their fault, it's a necessity.
