“Nice room, nice reception.”

“This was a typical 3star hotel that had some nice amenities. I appreciated the bathroom products and the use of a kettle with tea and coffee. The hotel provided some nice chocolates and bottled water. The room was taken care each day with housekeeping replenishing used products, clean towels and sheets. I was also given a nice upgraded room with a balcony that had chairs and a table. The best thing about the hotel was the warm, friendly and helpful staff. The location was also good and one of……

“Everything about the property was perfect. Staff was so helpful and friendly, the location is so quiet and serene. My only "issue" was that my converter wasn't compatible with the outlet in my room; when I started to ask where I could purchase one on a Sunday I was presented with a basket of options to choose from.”

“I stayed in a 'Garden Access' room during this trip, which features a fully accessible path suitable for individuals with disabilities—definitely a positive aspect. However, I noticed that the booking details indicated a room size of 16-22 m². The allocation between the bedroom and bathroom seemed quite unbalanced, approximately 30% to 70%, which was a bit surprising. Additionally, it’s important to note that 'garden access' refers to ground floor rooms. Just a heads-up for anyone considering……

“We needed a hotel near the Gare de Lyon, and happily discovered Hotel Riesner. It was absolutely perfect for our needs. Everything was very nicely done, the room was clean and tasteful and the staff was extremely polite and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.”

“I would leave my room for the day and come back at 4pm and it hadn’t been cleaned. Then went to dinner and came home at 10 and it still never was cleaned the whole day. Happened another time all day. Terrible.”

“the hotel room is very small, with much of the space allocated to the bathroom, and we can hardly walk after the luggage boxes are placed in the room. The aircon is centralized controlled and was turned off during our stay. We were asked to open the windows if we want some air, but that was dangerous to do that in Paris. The room was so stuffy and we can't sleep well during all 5 days of stay. Not worth of money. ”

“Wifi worked really well, bed was comfy on 6th floor. The elevator was perfect if you have big luggage. Staff was friendly as well, and helped coordinate a taxi pickup for our travel day back to airport. Location is also close to many cafes and restaurants plus tourist attractions. Depending on what metro line you could be a quick 3 min or max 11 min away from hotel. Overall, happy with our stay and loved location to everything, thank you!”
