“Our two night stay with two children was exceptional. The reception and staff were very friendly and helpful. The recent renovations were beautiful done and make the hotel modern, yet still charming. We know the rooms in Paris tend to be small, so we found our Junior Suite to be very generous to sleep four travelers and enough luggage for our two week trip. The room was comfortable and exceptionally clean. We took advantage of the breakfast at the hotel, both mornings. The breakfast staff was……

“首先酒店職員服務態度非常好，十分友善和很有禮貌。酒店附近食肆林立，很多選擇，行街購物也十分方便。酒店房間寬敞舒適和清潔乾淨整齊。不過酒店餐廳清潔就有待改善，原因是我發現盛載橙汁嘅玻璃杯既然留下之前住客嘅紅唇印在杯上，員工沒有洗乾淨及檢查，真是嚇了一跳，十分噁心。再加上有蒼蠅在食物上飛來飛去，令人不安。”

“羅浮宮、地鐵站、商圈步行可達，週邊環境佳、安全性可。無固定清潔需額外付費！ 住宿期間，晚間突發性停電導致不少房客無法入房（電子房卡），房務人員處理緩慢（我們於黑暗的大廳等待超過5hrs，才前來處理），雖用備用鑰匙打開房門，但房客依舊「抹黑住宿」，無任何其他處理及慰問、直到天亮才回覆供電。 希望後續針對緊急情況有好的處置。”
