They started pruning trees early in the morning on the hotel grounds. Highway noise was louder than normal.

Disinterested staff

Posted Apr 2, 2015
Staff could care less about customers needs. Did not clean room on 2nd day. Had to get clean towels etc. from a cart in the hall.

Convenient and Comfy

Our stay was very comfortable with the room spotlessly clean. The Chandler Ave address was close to great restaurants and activities!

Conveniently located hotel but needs improvements

Posted Mar 30, 2015
Pros: spacious room breakfast swimming pool
Cons: The spa was cold. Our toilet had a problem flushing. The door for the restroom was hard to open and close. Why didn't they have fridge in the room?
Location: Our kids liked Rawhid Steakhouse Western Town.
The spacious room was good for my kids. Nice breakfast.

Hotel had great freeway access.

Posted Mar 30, 2015
Pros: Close to freeway with numerous dining options nearby as well as several gas stations close to hotel.
Cons: Clean up and update pool area. Replace outdated pool furniture. Tables were badly stained and some chairs had broken straps. Dirt and leaves on deck.
Location: Chandler Mall within 3 miles with plenty of restaurants and a movie theater. Tempe Diablo stadium and ASU within five miles.
Breakfast was disappointing. Mainly bread type options-biscuits, bread, bagels, muffins and waffle maker. Only fruit available was small apple. Other options included yogurt, fruit juices, dry cereal and hard boiled egg.. Paid $20 per night resort fee,, but pool was full of leaves, I observed guests cleaning pool of leaves, Pool furniture was well worn. Pool deck not cleaned of dirt and leaf debris. Certainly not a resort quality pool set-up.

Suitable location for visiting relatives

Posted Mar 25, 2015
Pros: Clean
Cons: Very disappointed with catering. We ate off polystyrene plates using plastic knives and forks. On the second morning the muffins were stale.
Location: Easy commute to phoenix Sky harbour by car. Extensive Shopping mall a mile away. Drag racing nearby.
Staff friendly, room, bedding and towels clean. Pool area very small ( looked much bigger in picture on website). No bar facilities in hotel or locally.

Terrible stay

Posted Mar 24, 2015
Probably the worst stay in a hotel I've ever had. I travel pretty frequently due to my job. Amy at the front desk was very good but otherwise not very satisfied with my stay.

The price was good.

Posted Mar 23, 2015
Pros: The hotel looked nice from the outside. The hotel staff were pleasant and helpful. Many places to eat close by.
Cons: Freshen up the interior of the hotel and no stick on mats. If you need to temperature control, set it a little lower.
Location: Close to other restaurants and the freeway. The area seemed nice.
We stayed at the La Quinta Inn for three nights. Check in and check out staff were very pleasant. The price was very good considering we stayed during spring training. The room had white linens on the bed-which we like for the cleanliness aspect. The room was clean. The bathtub shower was adequate but there was a nonslip mat stuck to the tub that was pulling up and there was brown stuff under it which looked like mold. I tried cleaning it off and I think it was just the bottom of the mat that had pulled away. The air conditioner was a little noisy and even though we tried to set the temperature to around 68 we still were too warm in the night. I suspect the temperature setting went back to original setting of 72 at night. I can't prove it by the thermostat but the room we stayed in at Sedona was much colder at 68 setting than this room. Luckily we didn't stay in the hotel except to sleep. We ate at the cracker barrel for dinner which is right next to the hotel. Big Mistake. The food was tasteless and the service was poor. There are many other well known restaurants close by though.

Most disgusting hotel room of my lifr

Horribly maintained bathroom...sheets were filthy and had to be changed by me at midnight...after having to go to desk to pick up clean sheets...mattress and pillows smelled disgusting. Bathroom floor was wet due to leaking shower
