I liked that the resort had planned activities daily for children. Also loved having sporting events televised on a huge outdoor screen in the back courtyard area. There was nothing to think of that we did not like.

I liked most everything about this property and the employees working there were terrific. My biggest complaint was there was no non slip map in the shower. If some old fart slips and falls in the shower and can’t get up you may have a problem on your hands.

The experience was absolutely amazing from start to finish! The staff were the most pleasant I’ve ever encountered, consistently showed a genuine passion for creating a positive guest experience. The property was beautiful with so much to offer, in fact we didn’t even experience it all in just 3 days. The convenience of proximity to the Kierland commons was the Cherry on top! Everything was amazing except for our room. We had an engineer come and check out a/c and supposedly fix every time but room was hot. The hallway was cooler than our room. Did not get the problem fixed while we were there. You would think they would move you to another room but was not an option.

Every time we went to a restaurant, restaurant was closed, hours are not listed on their in room tv., wanted to try the desserts at The Rim, found out it is only on Friday & Saturday nights even though it’s noted nightly on the in room tv. The Westin did not disappoint, absolutely amazing hotel, grounds and service. All walkable to shopping and restaurants. The pools and lazy river were so nice and the staff did an amazing job especially in the heat. I want to call out the gentleman at the front desk who helped my daughter remove a cactus stinger and cleaned it and sent us off with smiles. This was an amazing girls weekend celebrating my daughters graduation and we will be back! 5 stars all around.
